I think the U.S. should dismantle the VA hospitals and the VA as it is today. Veterans should be allowed to use any doctor or hospital of their choice. Medicare is just another big government program that can't be trusted to care for military patients or senior citizens.REPORT COMMENTS

It only makes sense, let the government do what it can do best because of funding and the unique nature of war injuries. Leave the rest to the free market system. My son in Phoenix Az. is one of the vets that have been on a waiting list. He has toi wait for 2+months just to see a regular Dr. and much longer for any special care.
