If the VA service providers were paid like the rest of the world, in other words when service was provided, problem solved. That will not happen, so yes either privatize or give eligible vets health insurance and let them select their own providers.REPORT COMMENTS

My Father was a vet from WWII, we need to allow these heroes to get the most efficient treatment they can get. Our Private Hospital system already provides most of these services far more efficiently then the VA can. Don't delay in making these changes.
