Article I, Section 1 of the Constitution reads, "All legislative Powers herein granted, shall be vested in a Congress of the United Stated, which shall consist of a Senate and House of Representatives. The President nor the Office of Personnel Management has the right to ignore the law. Obama Care is clear regarding the subsidy. If the language of the law needs to be changed to accommodate the wishes of the President and OPM and the Senate does not agree, the Senate must be advised that the Obama Care law would have to be amended accordingly. The House of Representatives have done their job and now its time for the Senate to do the same..The Health Care Law is deeply flawed - The House and Senate know it so they should start the process over.
