Please sign this petition demanding Special Counsel Robert S. Mueller III, leader of the FBI investigation of the Russian government's efforts to influence the 2016 presidential election and related matters, recuse himself from the Russia probe!

Robert Mueller's silence and refusal to make public the FBI investigation into Russian bribery as part of a plot to acquire rights to U.S. uranium make him singularly incapable of objectively investigating President Trump's connections with Russia.  

As Director of the FBI, he let the Committee on Foreign Investment -- which included Secretary of State Hillary Clinton -- approve the sale of 20% of America's uranium to Russia without disclosing to the committee that it had been Russia's objective to obtain the uranium by bribery and extortion then under investigation by his Bureau.  For this he should be removed as special prosecutor.

WE, the Undersigned, demand that Robert S. Mueller III be removed as Special Counsel for the United States Department of Justice.  His refusal to come forward and warn the Committee on Foreign Investments of the Russian bribery and extortion plot to take control of 20% of the US uranium stock as it was weighing whether to approve the sale of this uranium to a Russian controlled firm, makes it singularly inappropriate for him to continue in his post.  How can he investigate Russian meddling when he failed to tell the relevant authorities about a previous Russian attempt to obtain the uranium by bribery?
