We have a (typical) liberal arts college in our town that keeps raising tuition every year. It's overstaffed with liberal progressives who are arrogant and out of touch with the real world. I asked one the other day how many students who major in the field he teaches actually find employment in that field? Answered in a surly tone, "Oh we don't track that!" Their enrollment is really dropping to the point that in just a few years, it will be unsustainable. Couldn't happen to a better bunch of Jack@#! While these rip-off colleges are pricing themselves out of the market, on-line learning, e.g., Salman Khan "The One World School House, Education Reimagined" is the wave of the future. His teaching philosophy is to teach people how to master their chosen field of endeavor. What a concept!REPORT COMMENTS

I just finished college classes in Medical Assisting. I am now going out on externship without pay for 180 hours. In order to improve our country we need to cut down college loans so we can obtain higher education.REPORT COMMENTS

These schools provide valuable training targeted to real jobs. No need to put them out of business. This is just another imperial ploy by the Emperor-in-Chief (with no clothes or brains).REPORT COMMENTS
