The EPA should not be granted the authority to garnish wages - especially not though executive action by a president that has routinely usurped Congress in this manner. Sadly, the proposed EPA fines are crippling and apply not just to traditional pollution but to carbon dioxide emissions that allegedly further global warming. This is a highly partisan issue and we've seen how the IRS has abused power by targeting conservatives - stop this in its tracks and give government back to the people!

The Federal Government is already exceeding it's Constitutional Authority. We do not need more incursions.

This power grab is horrific. To have a federal agency grab assets and levy fines without court approval is not what happens in a supposed free country. This sounds like a communist run government not a free country.

This administration has over stepped it's authority an outstandingly ridiculous number of times and it must stop with this proposed rule. This is another sign that administrative "law" is out of control. The U.S. Constitution vests all federal legislative power to Congress, not the executive branch, period. Enough is Enough!

Enough is Enough. What this organization is trying to do is un-American and is in contrast with everything our Declaration of Independence stands for. This administration has over stepped it's authority an outstandingly ridiculous number of times and it must stop with this proposed rule.
