I urge you to support the proposal that gives vouchers to Veterans to get care in civilian healthcare facilities when VA facilities cannot provide it in a timely manner. The current VA system is fraught with inefficiencies and political 'shinanigans'. The VA healthcare will never be all it can be as long as it is a Gov't run agency.
