Dick, I absolutely agree that we can't anymore Middle East Wars. Also, we certainly can't afford it. Thanks for your work Dick. I love the videos you send too.

Don't let Obama open up the Pandora's box of the Muslim Brotherhood and set off the carefully staged sequence of events bringing on WW III, worldwide Islamist revolution, and martial law here in the US. (It's exactly what Soros & co. wants.)

The last thing we in the US should do is become aligned with Assad's opposition. They are Islamist extremist animals who there is credible evidence are actually the one's who used the sarin gass in Syria.

President Obama unilaterally intervened in Libya without congressional approval and Libya is worse off now than it was under Gadaffi. Not to mention our ambassador was killed. Then his administration lied about what happened so he could be re-elected. He often ignores Congress and the American people and the Constitution by ignoring the law. Now he wants congressional cover for unilaterally declaring a red line over using poison gas, and then finding he was all alone. His administration continues to leak classified information to, again, make him look good, and endangering our military in the process. He still has not explained what vital national interest is served by attacking Syria. His sudden change of heart has already damaged American credibility regardless of what we do. If the international community and the Muslim countries in the region do not care enough to get involved, why should we? I do not trust this president and I truly believe he hopes Congress will take him off the hook and give him someone to blame for his poor decisions and leadership. I have a son in the military who has already served in Afghanistan and I vote no.

Both sides would like to do us harm. We would be fools to help either side.

In spite of this heinous act, the United States should not attack Syria, a country we are not at war with. The United States should not be the arbitrary police watchdog of the world. If that were the case then we should be bombing the perpetrators of atrocious killings of defenseless people’s goings-on in Africa daily! But of course they don’t get the press we are giving Syria. If you wanted to attack an Arab country, it should be Iran! We all know they are getting close to having atomic weapons, which is a far greater threat to the United States and our allies than Syria. The responsibility for determining the guilt or innocence and justice for this awful event is the responsibility of the United Nations. That is what they’re there for and what we spend millions every year supporting. Should the United Nations choose to act to punish Syria, than the United States should participate in that action, but not unilaterally because some in our government want to make a political point or get press.
