The computer systems driving the ACA have crashed but not on their own. It's intentional to keep the general public from seeing that the ACA is anything but that. The administrationdoesn't want an uprising of people that will certainly be disillusioned with this Obamanation while the President will have to negotiate with the Republicans. The President cannot afford public opinion to change while he continues to force the ACA down everyones throats.
