This criminal, Ahmed Abu Khatallah, needs to be sent to Guantanamo to be interrogated and treated as an enemy combatant. DO NOT send him to a regular prison, with all the rights a US citizen is allowed. Send him to Gitmo so additional information can be obtained to help us deal with the threat of terrorism in the USA.
