We are all better off if we keep the internet as it is. Who can trust the UN ? Let's keep the system free and easy.

The majority of US Citizens do not support the UN as the defining world authority. Do not turn over the Internet.

It is absolutely crucial to the cause of freedom worldwide, that the U.S. continue to contract with ICANN, in order to preserve the internet as we know it. Seriously, do you think the world would have known about the Twitter Revolution, if Iran (and other countries of that type) were able to exert control over the internet as a whole, instead of just censoring their little piece of it?

My household supports the dot com bill. What is to be gained by the US in allowing the ICANN contract to expire?
