Historically the first rule in disease control has been isolation of the diseased individuals. Ellis Island would not allow individuals to enter the U.S. if those individuals had certain communicable diseases. The present policy is not prudent for those of countries with a high burden of disease to be allowed into the U.S. It is an open invitation for a possible disaster. The present administration does not use the Precautionary Principle- take the course of action which insures the least amount of potential damage. This administration appears to be hell bent to not protect the citizens of the U.S. Maybe this administration wishes to generate another health care crisis,REPORT COMMENTS
